Account Sharing & Credential Safety

Accounts are strictly individual and non-transferable. The platform monitors active login locations, session logs, and IP addresses to prevent credential sharing; allowing unauthorized users to access an account or live stream link will result in immediate termination of account access. Additionally, all downloadable assets, live lectures, and video materials remain the intellectual property of the institution. Recording, screen-capturing, or redistributing course content outside the platform without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Technical & System Requirements

To ensure a seamless learning experience, students are responsible for maintaining hardware and internet access that meet the platform’s baseline standards. This includes a reliable computer setup and a stable internet connection with a minimum recommended speed of 5 Mbps for streaming video content. For courses that include remote proctored examinations, students must also have a functional webcam, an active microphone, and a single-monitor setup to satisfy assessment integrity checks.

Refund, Withdrawal & Certification Policy

Students may drop a course for a full refund within a standard 14-calendar-day window from the purchase date, provided they have accessed less than 20% of the total course material. To successfully complete a program and earn a certificate of completion, students must attend at least 85% of mandatory live sessions and achieve a minimum overall score of 70% on all required modules and assessments.
