Students are expected to foster a respectful, collaborative, and focused online environment.

Virtual Classroom Etiquette:

Mute your microphone upon entering live sessions unless actively speaking.

Use appropriate profile photos and professional display names (first and last name).

Ensure video backgrounds are clean and neutral during live calls.

Keep chat messages strictly relevant to the class session. Spamming, side discussions, or promotional links in the meeting chat are forbidden.

Digital Academic Integrity:

All submitted code, essays, assignments, and projects must be your own work.

Plagiarism detection systems and automated code similarity checkers run automatically on all submissions.

Using unauthorized external aid, sharing assessment questions, or utilizing undisclosed generative AI tools during proctored exams will result in an automatic score of zero.

Asynchronous Community Standards:

Treat peers and instructors with respect on discussion boards, Q&A sections, and peer-review channels.

Bullying, personal attacks, trolling, or offensive language across any platform channel will result in immediate suspension from community spaces

Management, Faculty & Tutor Code of Conduct

Virtual Instruction & Professional Standards

Instructors, course creators, and platform managers are responsible for maintaining high educational standards and user safety.

Responsive & Fair Instruction:

Grade assignments and provide constructive feedback within the platform’s stated SLA (typically 3–5 business days).

Respond to student inquiries on course discussion forums within 24 to 48 hours.

Grade strictly according to publicized rubrics without bias.

Privacy & Data Security:

Instructors must never share student emails, personal phone numbers, or private assignment submissions outside the platform.

Content Accuracy & Ownership:

Course materials must be up-to-date, accurate, and properly licensed. Instructors must not use copyrighted material without explicit permission or proper fair-use attribution.
