How Do I Access My Course?
Once you complete enrollment and payment, you receive:
- A welcome email within 24 hours containing your course schedule, instructor details, and Zoom link for live sessions.
- Student portal access where recorded sessions, course materials, and assignments are stored. You retain access to these recordings indefinitely.
- WhatsApp group invitation for your specific batch, enabling direct communication with your instructor and fellow students between sessions.
All live sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. You simply click the provided link at your scheduled time. Sessions are recorded automatically, so if you miss a live class, you can watch the recording and catch up at your convenience.

Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?
Prerequisites: None for beginner-level courses. Basic Computer Skills and MS Office Suite assume no prior experience. Our Introduction to AI course requires no coding background. Web Development starts from absolute fundamentals.
For intermediate courses like Machine Learning Basics and Practical AI Projects, we recommend completing the relevant beginner course first or having equivalent foundational knowledge.
Language: All instruction is delivered in English. You need sufficient English comprehension to follow explanations, read course materials, and participate in discussions. We do not currently offer courses in other languages, though our instructors are experienced at adapting their pace for non-native speakers.
Technical Requirements: A computer, laptop, or tablet with a screen large enough to follow demonstrations; a stable internet connection capable of video streaming; and a quiet space for 2-hour sessions. A webcam and microphone are recommended but not mandatory.
Can I Take More than One Course at a Time?
Yes, many students enroll in multiple courses simultaneously. Our scheduling is designed to accommodate this:
- Non-overlapping time slots: Most courses run on different days or at different times, making it possible to attend multiple live sessions per week.
- Recording access: If two courses occasionally overlap, you can attend one live and watch the recording of the other.
- Workload considerations: Each course requires approximately 2-3 hours per week outside live sessions for practice and assignments. Taking 2-3 courses simultaneously is manageable for most students; taking more requires significant time commitment.

My Payment Did Not Go Through. What Do I Do?
Payment issues are rare but easily resolved. Here is what to check:

How Does Online Learning Work?
JXB Academy uses a live interactive model, not pre-recorded videos. Here is exactly how a typical course works:
Before the Course:
- You receive your schedule, instructor introduction, and preparatory materials 3 days before the first session.
- You join the batch WhatsApp group to meet fellow students and ask preliminary questions.
During Live Sessions (2 hours each):
- The instructor presents concepts with screen sharing and live demonstrations.
- You can ask questions verbally or via chat at any time.
- Hands-on exercises are completed during the session with instructor guidance.
- Breaks are provided every 45-50 minutes to maintain focus.
Between Sessions:
- Practice assignments are posted in the student portal.
- You can message your instructor on WhatsApp with questions.

After the Course:
- You receive your completion certificate within 7 days.
